This material is a low density cellulose fiber with a styrene butadiene rubber binder. It’s mainly used in anti-squeak, dust seals, oil seals, shim stock, and water pumps. Intended for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 180°C (350°F).

N-8090 – Syntheseal®/Nonasbestos Gasket Material – UL Component Recognition

This material has a latent cure nitrile butadiene rubber binder and reinforced cellulose fiber with excellent oil resistance and sealing characteristics. Its intended use is for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 180°C (350°F).

N-8092 – Syntheseal®/Nonasbestos Gasket Material

Used in automotive, small engine, and compressor applications. Excellent sealing properties for oil, fuel, and water and excellent resistance at high flange pressures. It is intended for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 180°C (350°F).

This is a low/medium  density material that conforms well to irregular flange surfaces and has excellent resistance at high pressure. It is intended for sealing oils, fuels, and water in applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 180°C (350°F).

NI-2085 – Standard/Nonasbestos Gasket Material – UL Component Recognition

This material has a nitrile butadiene rubber binder which makes it resistant to water, coolant, oil and fuel. It has excellent strength and sealabliltiy characteristics and is intended for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 190°C (375°F).

Standard/Nonasbestos Gasket Material – UL Component Recognition

This is a low density cellulose fiber material with high fiber filler content and a nitrile butadiene rubber binder. It’s mainly used in engine and transmission pan gaskets, water, pumps and environmental seals. Intended for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 180°C (350°F).

RN-8011

TN-9000 – Thermo-Tork®/Nonasbestos Gasket Material

This material has a fully cured nitrile butadiene binder with Aramid fiber. This material possesses good tensile strength, low creep relaxation, and outstanding fuel and oil resistance. It is intended for applications with high flange pressures and temperatures, with short duration maximum temperatures up to 400°C (750°F).

TN-9001 – Thermo-Tork®/Nonasbestos Gasket Material

This is a heavy duty latent cure material with a nitrile binder. It has excellent resistance to oil. Intended for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 400°C (750°F).

TN-9005 – Thermo-Tork®/Nonasbestos Gasket Material

This is a latent cured heavy-duty material with a nitrile binder system. It conforms well to irregular flange surfaces. Suitable for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 350°C (650°F).

TS-9003 – Thermo-Tork®/Nonasbestos Gasket Material

This is a controlled-swell gasket material with a latent cure styrene butadiene rubber binder. Many people use this as an alternative to high-swell compressed sheet materials. It has good oil sealing characteristics at low flange pressure, and it also conforms well to irregular flange surfaces.

D-7200 – Hydro-Fused®/Nonasbestos Gasket Material

This material is a high density fully cured nitrile butadiene bound material with good resistance to oil, fuel, water, and coolant. It’s intended use is for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 180°C (350°F).

D-7201 – Hydro-Fused®/Nonasbestos Gasket Material

This is a high density, fully cured nitrile butadiene bound gasket material that offers excellent mechanical strength, sealability, and erosion resistance to high pressure, high volume fluid flow and impingement. It is used in heavy duty products and is intended for use in applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 290°C (550°F) and minimum continuous operating temperatures to -40°C/F.

D-7280 – Hydro-Fused®/Nonasbestos Gasket Material

This material is compressible with fully cured nitrile butadiene rubber binder for added resistance to fuel, oil, coolant, and water. It is intended for applications with short duration maximum temperatures up to 180°C (350°F).
